The movie theater has no windows so it can be completely dark, and it has air conditioning and an air exchange system that keeps the room at a perfect temperature.

Due to the elevation and the location of the property, there are a few bugs. You can grow any plants from around the world. There is plenty of room on the property to grow more, and everything can be grown organically due to the climate.

Previous owners produced their own family red wine and white wine from the garden. They made the recipe with wine specialists, and the wine was produced on the island. Because there are no bugs that ruin the crops the wine is 100% organic.
